This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Harakisha360 Solutions accepts returns and issues refunds for products purchased through its website or by phone. By placing an order with Harakisha360 Solutions, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

 

Harakisha360 Solutions aims to provide high-quality service and products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, this policy explains your rights and the conditions under which refunds may be requested.

What to Include in the Refund Policy

The following sections outline key information Harakisha360 Solutions includes in its Refund Policy to ensure transparency and compliance with relevant consumer protection laws:

Eligibility for Refunds:

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.

  • For LPG cylinder refills, refunds are only applicable if the cylinder has not been used.

  • New cylinders must be returned in their original packaging with all components intact.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided to process a refund.

Non-Refundable Products:

Certain products are non-refundable, including:

  • Partially used LPG gas refills.

  • Damaged cylinders due to misuse or mishandling.

  • Products sold as part of a promotional or clearance sale.

Requesting a Refund:

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Harakisha360 Solutions customer service at info@harakisha.co.ke or call +254 777 443 733 within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and the reason for the refund request.

  3. A customer service representative will guide you through the return or refund process and provide further instructions.

Return of Products:

If the return of a product is necessary, Harakisha360 Solutions will arrange for a pickup. Returns must meet the following conditions:

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.

  • The product should be in the same condition as when it was delivered.

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring that the returned product is properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed as follows:

  • For purchases made via mobile money services (M-Pesa), the refund will be issued back to the same mobile money account.

  • For purchases made via credit/debit card, the refund will be issued back to the card used for payment.

  • The refund process may take 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Delivery Fees:

Delivery fees are non-refundable, except in the case of a faulty or incorrect product delivered by Harakisha360 Solutions.

Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Harakisha360 Solutions as soon as possible. Cancellations are only accepted before the order is dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, the return process will apply.

Damaged or Defective Products::

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. Harakisha360 Solutions will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable. In such cases, the delivery and return fees will be covered by Harkishan 360 Solutions.

To qualify for a refund or replacement of a defective or damaged product:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Proof of damage or defect, such as photos or videos, may be requested by Harakisha360 Solutions to facilitate the replacement or refund process.

Exceptions

Harakisha360 Solutions reserves the right to refuse a refund request in certain situations, including:

  • Products not purchased directly from the Harakisha360 Solutions website or authorized distributors.

  • Products returned without prior authorization.

  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery without a valid reason.
